Rear subsoiler HL

DUTZI HL rear subsoiler – flexibility for every operating structure

Deep loosening of the soil in rear cultivation.

The DUTZI rear subsoiler works on the same principle as the front subsoiler: narrow tools, steep inlet, funnel-shaped ripping without soil mixing. The difference lies in the mounting position. The HL is mounted at the rear of the tractor and should be combined with a trailing roller.

Same technology, different position—HL and FL compared

The tools of the HL rear cultivator are identical to those of the FL front cultivator: 7–8 cm narrow tines, leading disc coulters, hydraulic depth adjustment via the tractor's rear hydraulics. The effect is the same: funnel-shaped soil opening, hairline cracking, activation of soil life, improved water infiltration.

The rear subsoiler offers flexibility for farms that want to keep their existing technology. The machine is just as effective as the front subsoiler, but you need one more pass.

Durability and low maintenance

Like all DUTZI machines, the HL rear subsoiler is designed for durability. The bearings are sealed in multiple stages, the frame is robustly constructed, and the tools are interchangeable and available long-term.

Low maintenance and durability significantly reduce operating costs over the service life.

depth setting

The disc coulters with support rings running in front of the tines not only open up the soil, which is important, but also ensure that the machine is guided at the correct depth. These disc coulters can be adjusted mechanically in height, allowing the machine to be guided precisely at the correct depth so that it can be guided optimally on the compaction horizon.

For operations with limited tractor power

The HL rear subsoiler requires less traction than combined systems. Farms with medium-power tractors can use the HL without having to invest in heavier machinery. The aim of the tools is to work only up to the respective compaction zone, to a depth of around 35 cm, and not to loosen the soil to the maximum depth of 60 cm.

The narrow tools work efficiently and save fuel – Non-destructive deep-acting loosening is also feasible for smaller farms.
